I'm a team of one in design ops, but part of a strategic ops team made up of strat ops, product ops and research ops. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable at a smaller company going through a lot of growth.
The role will focus on the product design org and I'm looking for someone with experience in areas like building external presence, onsites and rituals, knowledge management, onboarding, learning and development. It may delve into broader design tracking. Overall horizontal team programs vs product delivery focused.
